Founded in 2024, JoanAngelique (owner) has made Flan De Mama from literal scratch. Her love for flan has created the desire to provide everyone she comes across with top-notch quality dessert. Beginning at the age of 15 when her cousin showed her the ropes to the flan world, she tweaked her initial recipe until she made the perfect flan. Ultimately flan has always been Joan’s favorite dessert. We welcome you to join us through this journey of exploring Puerto Rican desserts and many more classic favorites.
